Your part in the ongoing success of our business in supporting key frontline services in Public Safety Network Management Centre directorate will see you responsible for a variety of work.

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Work within a specialised team in the provision of 2nd level support for a range of WAN, MAN and LAN communications networks.- Follow ITIL based methodologies for addressing issues within customer communications networks in an effective and consultative manner.- Provide request fulfilment for PSNMC customers, diagnose and resolve issues where possible or assign to appropriate area, be accountable for monitoring and follow-up action.- Work within a technically complex team environment including liaising with suppliers and vendors.- Demonstrate effective workplace communication and interpersonal skills including production of procedures and work instructions.
