Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Brief


We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Property Manager with a background in Commercial Real Estate to join our team as a Commercial Property Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial real estate industry and be proficient in using various online tools and platforms.



Requirements



  • Solid 2 years+ experience in Commercial Properties

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

  • Knowledge of Property Management platforms


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities


  • Verify commercial property owner’s details when requested by agents


  • Provide administrative support to the commercial real estate department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.

  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including property flyers and brochures.

  • Assist in the preparation of listing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other real estate-related documents.

  • Coordinate property showings and open houses.

  • Manage and update property listings on various websites and databases.


  • Conduct market research and analysis to support the commercial real estate team.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, including photographers and appraisers, to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.

  • Assist with other tasks as needed.
