Description : General Skilled Labourer. Company : OSM Australia. Location : Perth WA

Our client is Western Australia’s leading supplier of precast and prestressed concrete products for the state’s major infrastructure, oil & gas and resource projects. We are currently seeking applications from enthusiastic, experienced, flexible General Skilled Labourers. You need to have proven site experience and be willing to work flexible hours and be physically fit.

Responsibilities and/or tasks:

• White Card
• Candidates must be reliable & have good work ethic
• Eager and willing to learn
• Previous construction experience preferred
• Capable of following instructions
• Knowledge and skills to undertake general labouring on construction sites.
• Attention to detail, compliant with job at hand / safety and environmental awareness
• Ensure HSW practices are adhered.
• Competent in using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Own PPE including hi-vis, steel capped boots, gloves and Hard Hat
• A reliable car and ability to get to work each shift
• A good work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Shortlisted applicants must be able to pass a Pre-employment and Fitness Assessment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• White card.
• Pro-active and excellent time management skills – complete tasks in a timely and safe manner.
• Eager and willing to learn and grow within the role and company.
• Reliable, punctual, positive attitude and excellent work ethics.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
