As our store trades 7 days a week you may be rostered between the hours of 9:00am-10:00pm. These times may differ for IKEA Food and Logistics positions. You are required to work a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday). All roles require manual handling and are physically demanding as you will be on your feet all day.
Your responsibilities
We are looking for co-workers in the following areas:
- Sales - combine your positive attitude and exceptional customer service to provide product advice and memorable in-store experiences to our customers.
- Logistics - select, pack and dispatch orders. Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of selection and presentation are met every time to delight our customers when their purchases arrive for collection in store via Click &
- Customer service – the friendly face of IKEA, you may be greeting our customers at the store entry, helping customers with returns or home delivery, or servicing customers at our checkouts.
- IKEA Food – enthusiastic, passionate about food and retail, and love connecting with others, you will be responsible for cash handling, customer service, maintaining the customer restaurant and/or Swedish Food Market, or preparing and
