Due to internal move, we are seeking an experience Logistics & Operations Manager to lead the Logistics & Operations team and define functional strategies and priorities in the logistics area.

In this role, you will lead and provide direction toward developing excellence in logistics processes whilst building organizational capability, organize and manage all activities of the logistics function. You’ll have end-to-end responsibility to deliver superior customer service, minimize inventory in the system and replenishment of finished goods to delivery to customers to ensure highest customer satisfaction both internally and externally at lowest possible cost and best in class Cash.

Some additional accountabilities will include:

  • Delivering Best In Class (BIC) Service, OTIF @ BIC cost to serve to NSV @ BIC Cash. You will Standardise, stabilise and sustain gold standard S&OP / IBP.

  • Build strong customer relationships with key customers and support joint business planning. Drive continuous improvement in terms of utilisation analysis and drive complexity exercise through network study and logistics operations streamlining.

  • Ensure compliance of operations with laws and regulations, including customs, duty and cities requirements

About You:

You are a Logistics & Operations professional, hold Supply Chain qualifications at the higher level and bring forward demonstrated experience working across similar role within FMCG industry or similar, and have In-depth knowledge of Planning, Demand/Supply, S&OP Implementation, Customer Logistics Development, Logistics in country, as well as export and import.

You are customer focused; as we put the customer at the heart in everything that we, you will need to have strong customer liaison skills, coupled with influencing and negotiation skills.

You are a people leader; you bring froward your great communication, leadership as well as stakeholder management skills and apply your commercial and analytical acumen towards achieving the results.
