Job DescriptionAbout the role:
The Pricing Administrator’s primary responsibility includes database management, pricing, invoicing, and account reconciliation. Other responsibilities include the coordination of detailed reporting and stats for senior management.
Responsibilities will include:
Database Management
- Manage the database to ensure it is accurate and up to date, including undertaking database clean ups;
- Manage database testing as required;
Invoicing and account reconciliation
- Follow up with outside carters for delivery dockets;
- Docket punching of driver books into system;
- Investigate incorrect delivery docket and resolve any issues or problems;
- Review Audit Trail prior to invoicing.
- Weekly and monthly invoicing
- Monthly account reconciliation;
- Produce monthly truck reporting
Pricing
- Set up new products as required;
- Ensure that any errors, returns or exchanges are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. (QIRs and credit/debits).
- Approve any new quotes raised in the system and check to ensure accuracy;
- 1st point of contact for all Sales Reps regarding pricing;
- Special pricing requests.
- Coordinating Customer Price increases
Reporting and Stats
- Produce Monthly reporting and stat reporting (including graphs)
