WHAT YOU WILL DO

At Teletrac Navman, we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a key member of the wider Operations team.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

• Provisioning of new customers orders using SAP (we can teach you systems)
• Preparing and shipping of Teletrac Navman products for clients and installers
• Testing units prior to dispatch to customers
• Regular stock takes and maintenance of stock
• Using the relevant platforms to record dispatches.

So, whether you are new to the corporate world, someone who has already got a taste of provisioning & administration, or someone looking for a change, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Intermediate computer skills – MS Office
• An interest in the technical space (maybe you are a gamer, fix phones for your friends and family, are interested in software development in the long term?)
• At least 1-year admin or provisioning experience

In addition:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work within a friendly but results-driven team
• Willingness to take ownership and work effectively in an autonomous environment, be held accountable, and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders
• A great attitude and work ethic, ability to problem solve
• Previous experience in processing orders would be ideal preferably with a technical or provisioning background, but not essential

All applicants for this position must be authorized to work full-time in Australia.
