Station Client Service Officer – Queensland Police Service

Description : Station Client Service Officer. Company : Queensland Police Service. Location : Gold Coast QLD+2 locations

Your Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Act as the first point of contact to the public requiring assistance in police stations.
  • Assist members of the public and provide information relating to Queensland Police Service initiatives.
  • Undertake counter duties including taking crime reports, issuing permits and other associated documentation.
  • Competently use police computer databases and inputting data as necessary.
  • Competently use police communication equipment when necessary.
  • Compile reports and other correspondence and assist in the preparation of police documentation as required.
  • Proactively contributing to the development of administrative systems and processes that assist in the running of a station.
  • Receive and receipt of found property including money.
  • Receipt money including currency and electronic funds transfer at point of sale (EFTPOS) transactions.
  • Undertake duties with the minimum of supervision both during and out of normal business hours as required.
