A new and exciting opportunity to join the Supply Planning team have become available within the National Supply Chain department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury, NSW. This is a fixed term contract until 30 July 2024.
What does the role look like?
- Manage efficient flow of correspondence and information with internal and external parties in regard to stock availability and Supply Chain processes.
- Proactive engagement with suppliers to improve agreed KPIs and update to wider business
- Manage stock distribution for supply constraints
- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders on key event planning
- Monitor and improve product forecasts accuracy
- Support product life cycle activities

What we need from you?
- Analytical or reporting experience, preferably within retail or FMCG highly regarded
- Excellent communication skill with the ability to influence where required
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Analytical mindset for problem solving and root cause analysis
- Experience of working with suppliers to improve performance
- Great presentation skills, with prior experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP and ERP is desirable
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skill set
