We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for managing emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and preparing reports, among other tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities:


  • Manage and prioritize emails, correspondence, and client follow-ups

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties

  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendar entries

  • Organize files and documents, and ensure that they are stored securely and appropriately

  • Conduct research as needed, and prepare reports on findings

  • Create basic reports such as weekly tasks, deliverables, and sales reports

  • Prepare presentations as needed, and ensure that they are polished and professional

  • Manage social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Facebook, and post content regularly

  • Transcribe audio and video recordings, and prepare meeting minutes and agendas as needed



Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, admin assistant, executive assistant or similar role

  • Experience using a CRM and project management tools

  • Proficient in email and calendar management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook

  • Experience with transcription and preparing meeting minutes/agendas

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
