We are now hiring a Client Engagement Manager to join our Fragrance & Beauty business. This role is responsible for developing, planning and executing new client engagement tactics and localizing the client journey based on market needs and targeting strategies. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Own an in-depth understanding of the client engagement journey in order to drive the client engagement framework, strategies and initiatives to deliver client acquisition and retention;
- Define KPIs based on market benchmarks and data-driven insights to drive commercial, Brand and client experience for the Brand;
- Champion data analysis to articulate informed strategies by client segment and identify further opportunities to elevate client recruitment, retention, and growth;
- Maintain an ongoing pulse check on the Brand’s client acquisition and retention performance to ensure the implemented initiatives are aligned with the Brand objectives around emotional connection, desirability and loyalty;
- Partner with the retail and marketing teams to initiative innovative activations and tactics to drive the client journey KPIs;
- Lead the CEM team and drive people development and engagement initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related discipline;
- At least 5 years of related experience with a background in client acquisition, retention strategies and data analytics. Experience gained within the luxury market is advantageous;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications. Salesforce system experience and CRM reporting tools are a plus;
- Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities as well as a strong awareness of consumer and digital marketing trends;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively;
- Experience in leading and developing a team and driving engagement;
- Proven capability to drive impact and demonstrate a proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
