As part of our eCommerce Operationss Team you will support all SRG Brands, including Spotlight Australia; New Zealand; Malaysia; Singapore, Anaconda, Harris Scarfe, Mountain Designs & Koo Home Store. This includes over 280 sites fulfilling “Click & Collect” orders and “ship from store” orders.
Over half of our Team have come from Stores and we are hoping to add more Store team members to our Team. We value your experience in store, knowledge of instore processes and your understanding of our customers
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting store teams by phone & email
- Assisting with updating order details such as addresses
- Checking on collections and carrier follow up
- Responding to Customer Care queries and following up missing items/orders
- Escalating issues with orders/systems to the support team
About You:
- Experience in retail environment is preferred and passion for online retail
- Ability to work with others and communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications
- Takes initiative to get results and a problem solver who approaches obstacles in creative, assertive and solution-oriented ways
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team & to make informed decisions, in the best interest of both the business and our Customers
- Willingness to be flexible with hours as required when deadlines are to be me
